One is a powerhouse in Washington DC, at the federal level with Global experience and SEC ties, the second is a U.S. leading Healthcare expert that Wallstreet refers to as the go firm..

Both are Top billers for their work and ROHI penny Shareholders don't have a chance to see more money..IMHO.

If I recall correctly, there is clause dealing just with that issue..
