Excuse me, but since you want to be realistic...and practical for that matter, the "value" of the "assets" purchased from Art To Go did seem to be in dispute, by the SEC as a matter of fact, as indicated by the SEC letter generated on 3/6/13 ...you did read it, didn't you? And also, where do you see the lawsuit being retracted? It was amicably resolved...between Sharpe and DeRoos...(Terms of the resolution were not disclosed and remain under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.) Are you saying you know the terms of the resolution???
