Here's the configuration of the window:

The filters I am using would not be likely to change throughout the day (max price, daily vol) so I don't understand why those would throw off the count.

I'm sure I'm misunderstanding something but I don't see why, when I set history to show just today with the above config, I don't see a list of all the stocks that have made highs today, each listed once.
