SWCI's transfer agent is VStock Transfer, one of the largest, most respected transfer agencies in the market. It is apparently their own policy not to answer questions regarding SS because they don't want to be badgered by silly questions all day to questions where the answers are readily apparent in "filings etc..."

The TA doesn't answer Questions regarding the SS and will tell you to contact the Company read filings etc...

It looks to me like the float is at least 62.5 mil. There is some fuzzy math in that PR.
