NEOM is not compliant with the YA Debt agreements which require 3 billion shares be available to fuel conversions. That ship sailed back in December when NEOM exceeded 2 billion outstanding and today YA can declare an event of default anytime it chooses.
YA desperately wants to avoid bankrupting NEOM because it knows it is much easier to pull cash from retail investors than it will be selling patents or allowing IP Global to continue its CNTS game.
However, YA will have no choice but to force bankruptcy when there are no longer any shares to sell to retail investors of NEOM. The only drama remaining is to see if: (i) PPS goes to no bid first or (ii) NEOM hits 5 billion shares outstanding. The end result is the same because YA will no longer be able to fool retail investors into buying worthless shares of NEOM.
