Attention pop looks like last week. You would be correct with. 0013 but in this case with that being so close to top resistance I would wait for .0016 just to be safe.
Attention pops include price and volume. Feb didn't include either. Resistance for the BRGO breakout is .0015. Which just occured in the resent 3 day attention pop.
