I emailed them just to see what they would provide. I know the quicker we get in line with a claim the farther up on the food chain we will be. If we wait we will not get anything. When everything is liquidated the proceeds go towards creditors and if we win the case plus we could get some of that cash. The way I understand chapter 7 rules are the parties that files first are more than likely going to get the proceeds from the sale of the assets.
