I called them awhile back and I reported to the board how my conversation went. The folks on the other end didn't know what I was talking about.

I've called many times since then, including several times the last 3 days and all I get is a message telling me that the person I'm trying to reach is unavailable.

Does that sound like a viable collective? No message? Nothing?
