#117218 RE: zspike #117217

zspike I have been here all along, and I have often posted on MMTE and what is going on. Sorry if you did not see those posts. Your question regarding MMTE's concessions are very good, and I would direct you to MMTE's financials. You will find only the concessions in the Maricunga listed and no mention of any others. We have no reporting for our subsidiary to go on, and William has kept us in the dark regarding these issues. You will also notice that these concessions changed hands often --- first in William's name, then in our subsidiary, and finally in MMTE's possession. The shuffle of ownership allows for games to be played, and multiple payouts for the same concessions (you can find this same pattern in both William Lieberman's and Joe Overcash's past dealings in other companies, and in Jack Lieberman's as well). We were shown fine maps detailing the location of MMTE's concessions, but no NI43-101 was ever done to confirm they had value. However, we were provided second and third hand preliminary testing of a limited nature that suggested lithium might be present, but not proven, and no proof of their economic value (is it profitably to mine in these areas).

Similar results are presented for our sister company. Self-selected surface sampling of a limited nature said to be just lying about randomly. Naturally, these too show very high levels of the desired mineral so all should be excited. I suggest researching the way mine salting is done and why it is often found in conjunction with junior miners.
