It will open at .10 (.0001 * 1000) but don't be disappointed if you can't sell for up to 3 days since your broker, depending on who it is, can take up to 3 days to do it.

In the mean time, anyone that has there shares taken care of before you with their broker (or Alex :) ) can sell theres.

The 1 for 10 you saw on the NV SOS was just for the A/S.

The common shares (O/S) are converting at 1 for 1000.

That gives "the company" plenty of shares to issue into the market.
