Not much difference between the two since Barry Henthorn took the money that belonged to RLTR and moved it to BCCI before he left, and left the company with 1.1 million dollars in debt, including slightly more than 200K to the IRS.
Don't forget that Hodge is Barry Henthorn's flunky. Anyway, I am the real CEO and my power was usurped illegally. But there is no money with which to fight the issue in court.
We all know that Barry Henthorn has some design here, but the fight is not over.
