#1539 RE: krich73 #1538

I agree with both you and the prior poster. How can this company which supposedly switched focuses from clean energy to Alert Detection System, then execute and exclusive licensing agreement with a "nutritional company" a month later? It is also interesting how there is no information about this company on Google, and no one made a big deal on the message boards about this transaction the past few weeks. To me, this company uses its stock when it is at an extremely low price as consideration for various acquisitions and dispositions. I am long at .017 from September, so I am speaking as a legit investor. Lastly, the company is always filing late quarterly financial reports. This is one of the reasons why this company trades on the pink sheets rather than an established market. I agree with krich73 and the previous poster in that there is not enough volume in ICOR, and with only 200+ shareholders, it might be difficult exiting at certain prices. I wouldn't buy this stock unless it was less than .010 and even then I am still skeptical about this company as a whole.
