Hopefully make, I would like to see a annual. Audited or not it shows progress in the right direction. They give us an annual and that proves to me the company is gonna return to the pinks in due time. Things don't always go as planned, an auditor can sometimes have a hard time with company like this, simply because they need to dig deep enough to make sure 100% that there stamp is not tainted. That alone can lead an auditor to want to put a audit such as this on the back burner to see if anything bad surfaces. Once they stamp it they are liable for all the accuracy of those financials. Go kmag, I believe it's returning to the pinks.

Coming down to the wire, make or break time!!!

Is it?

What are some meaningful "make or break" items? Embed an announcement all SEC concerns around the suspension are resolved. Lay out a time table for up listing, presenting audited financials up front. Give managerial guidance on expected sales and net profits for the coming year. All of this would be cause for celebration.

Do you expect the above? More likely he'll file something in Apr (or May) reporting the expected $700K net profit for 2012, paying down the shareholder debt (salary and back royalties owed to Reid), with no accrued shareholder value added. Also likely the financials remain unaudited. The expected reaction on this forum would be spin. How wonderful that he filed something. There would follow the usual wild predictions about sales in the coming year. The audited financials are just delayed. Typical chants about up listing "soon".

Chances are there is no make or break time deadline on this forum for KMAG. As long as Reid doesn't report anything materially negative, the speculation continues.
