It is 15 but it the extention was filed on the 29th so there was still 2 days left in the month. I believe they have 15 days from filing the extension. That would put it on the 13th. They could wait till that monday but they would get delisted from the QB for about 3 days. I was in a stock that did the same thing but it was fixed rapidly.
