nrcmedia, I think you went to the wrong place. When I google map "30C Mill Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448"
I get a building that is clearly located in an industrial park. It has a huge garage door on the front.
If I pan to the right there is a large sign that reads "Plum Industrial Park".
Is that where you were?
