The hold ups in india by their govt - obviously now resolving, the deal in Isreal and a notice of non- compliance for which the SEC has accepted the company's plan to gain compliance. A positive that came from Isreal - autonomous experience in offshore drilling that will help them with their Columbian blocks and in future JVs/consortiums elsewhere.
