Yep exactly Autom8...it comes across as typical Eric lashing out at his many well deserved critics instead of simply answering the shareholders question in a professional manner!
He's gonna dispell what myths...the ones he's been so busy perpetuating over the years like share buybacks over reverse splits? Like friendly financiers 90 days away? Like a 500 store spring roll out? Like being short listed on no less than 3 USA national accounts? Like the grandiose Canadian and USA GSA contract hype blogs? Like the monthly Do It Best store count update blogs that didn't improve the quarterly results one iota?
I could go on and on and on but why bother as Eric and Eric alone has to answer to all his blog dream weaving and try his best to explain to his remaining 1st crop of shareholders how/why a reverse split is supposedly gonna be a good thing for them not just the company hahahahaha
Well...lets just see if he really does it. Lets see what calls he takes and are the calls he takes prearranged with questions he wants to answer to. Lots of sabre rattling here right now...balls in his court. All he had to say was he is scheduling a CC to answer some questions. No instead he calls out his critics to have bantor with and incite more negative responses...deserved I might add. He thinks he is smarter than anyone else here...there are plenty here who know how to read and understand a financial statement...read his blogs....know what shareholder value is...who understand how shareholder value is created...how know how to quantify and qualify what they say..I ask anyone reading...if the roles were reversed and you were the CEO would you want to face those informed and astute critics who in what appears to have forgotten more than this CEO knows??? So lets just see how he controls the Q & A and the people who call in.
While I'm not surprised there was no date given...I am surprised it wasn't blogged that after the CC...there will be a 500 store roll out with an unnamed company, due to confidentiality. That seems to be a favorite word lately.
