Before we were heading for a r/s almost every news could lead to a major breakout. But since the last year every breakout ended just as fast as it started. It seems like some one really wants the r/s to happen. However, in the last year there never has been really good news, so who knows what could happen. But I think it has to be a VERY BIG BUY SIGNAL. What bothers me the most is that it seems to be the ones who need to give the news, who don't seem to care at all.
