IMO 30 is not out of the question in the short term givent the current divident and a market looking for a place to put some $$$ that can provide a nice return. In addition the strengthen real estate market is not hurting AI either.

AI IMO is in a sweet spot given the current ROI in the fix market place.

Been in this one since the first of the year - so far no complaints on my end :>)
