Hawkshaw: According to OTCMarkets.com the latest O/S is 43,476,197 shares. Per the the 10K of 16/07/12 the O/S was 42,969,714. It appears to me that the O/S has increased by 507K shares during that time. The 10-Q of 03/01/13 states "We received $440,000 in proceeds from promissory notes and issuances of common stock for the nine months ended December 31, 2012." So the company has been selling shares. I hope that they did most of the selling last year when the price about 4X what it is today. I have no problem with the minor dilution that we have seen this far. I am more concerned with the the threat from the people who want to shut down fracking and salt water disposal wells because of the perceived threat of earthquakes generated by fracking and salt water disposal.
