$$ MWIP: Here's an alternate Point-Of-View.....

Obama via Holder will Legalize MMJ across the nation (perhaps even w/o the individual states' consent).
However, the FED may very likely strike down recreactional usage, OVER-RULING the states' (WA & CO) opinion.

** This IMO is killing '2' Birds with one stone, for Obama & his admin:-
Here's why......
A) Obama's request to the supreme court to overrule DOMA, and specifically CA's ban on same-sex mariage; will be ORTHOGONAL to a possible positive mandate to WA & CO (for rec. MJ).

B) Both MJ & Same-sex marrriage can be argued as a "Civil-Rights" issue.

C)So he's probably not going to go one way on MJ, & another way on Same-sex marriage.

D) He will be able to keep rec. MJ quiet, for a few years, while completely legalizing MMJ. Consequently, the economic benefits (rlated to MMJ) will still be better than current status; and will also bring down illegal MJ activity, albeit not as much as legalizing MJ.

What would something like the above mean to companies like MWIP?

MWIP would be able to grab a major share of the mkt. w/o any serious competition (especialy if the FED mandates TRACEABILITY, and financial accountability, aka TAX revenue).
