#92587 RE: Warmy #92569

I guess selling 10mm shares without reporting it in filings then buying the shares back at trips isn't illegal, right? That one isn't too hard to verify in the filings, BECAUSE IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Seriously, try to deny it. It would seriously be easier to people reading this post to go to OTC Markets and personally verify it than to read your response.

I guess selling $1.5 - 2.1 MILLION worth of shares for only $50,000 to undisclosed, insider financiers isn't blatant market fraud, right? How about we have Marc disclose who the beneficiaries were to those transactions, since MARC PAID FINANCIERS, NOT A 3%, 30%, 300%, BUT AT LEAST A 3,000% INTEREST RATE FOR A NON-INVESTMENT CASH TRANSACTION FOR NON-RESTRICTED SHARES. THE EQUIVALENT OF GIVING SOMEONE FREE SHARES, THEN PAYING THEM TO TAKE THEM AT THE EXPENSE OF EVERY SINGLE SHAREHOLDER, THEN CONCEALING THEIR IDENTITY SO THE SHAREHOLDERS WILL NEVER KNOW WHO BENEFITED FROM THEIR LOSSES. FOR GOD'S SAKE, IT COULD HAVE BEEN MARC AND THERE IS NOTHING TO PROVE OR DISPROVE THIS POSSIBILITY.

THREE-THOUSAND PERCENT INTEREST PAID OUT TO MYSTERY INVESTORS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? MARC COULD HAVE SOLD THOSE SHARES HIMSELF FOR FAIR MARKET VALUE. HE WAS ENTIRELY CAPABLE AND ELIGIBLE TO SELL THE SHARES DIRECTLY INTO THE MARKET. HE ONLY NEEDED TO SELL APPROXIMATELY 2.5mm SHARES, BUT INSTEAD GAVE SOMEBODY 150mm SHARES OF WHICH IS MORE COMPLEX AND TROUBLESOME. HE OBVIOUSLY DID A FAVOR FOR SOMEONE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO JUSTIFY GIVING AWAY SHARES ESPECIALLY WHEN THE DAMN PRICE WAS ALREADY INFLATED ANYWHERE FROM 3-5000% THE APPROPRIATE VALUE.

I guess deceiving and blatantly lying to shareholders about conducting a sampling report financed improperly by shareholders through Marc Lovito's personal account isn't illegal? This one isn't hard to verify, BECAUSE THE REPORT DOESN'T EXIST. How hard would it be for us to subpoena to see that report? LMFAO

Price is indicative of company transparency.

GDSM is hardly transparent as reflected in its horrible pps.
