I've seen it before in the weeks just before she went from .29 cents to where we are now, it baffles the mind and sometimes I tell bankers what I know and they just roll their eyes at me and when I ask if they been following Fannie lately they say no, but all agree 17.2 billion dollars is a lot of money.
