Yeah, for each dump there is a load.. And when that occurs at a price that can't be lowered any further, its a scaredy cat with a weak hand loading somebody else's boat!

If somebody sold 900K shares to 20 different 45k buyers, that would be 20 different trades, not a single 900k sell. Somebody was willing to buy 900k at .25... That's loading...

Somebody was dumping, sure, but they have weak hands.

Not necessarily. It could be sold back into the company float on the back of shareholders holding on hopium.
