very good time for ceo buy back share right now becouse so cheap 0.0002-0.0003 i had stock Qbi& with os= 9 bil and as=15 bils they ran up from0.0001-0.0007-0.0036 in only two days with share buy back news then afer two months pps hit 0.0268, someone bought 100mil share at 0.0001 hold 18 months sold at 0.02 made $2mil, we only have 4bil AS 3.8bil os we can do it too . today bought 5 mil at 0.0003 2 mils at 0.0005 may be will buy more 3mil share soon after share buy back then merger with big company we will hit 0.0s
