And on top of all that there exists a lot of uncertainty as to what the judge will give VRNG for an award. Most expect 3.5% of 20.9% of GOOG's money but that is not a solid in stone given. If it were we would be much higher. This is still a wait and see but with the MSFT talks ongoing it does seem to be a safer bet we get some money going forward, how much is the question. GLTY, Joe
