IMO--I really wish I knew... all I know is IMO I would get out fast when I have Huge profits on the table and when everyone is buying...you know the drill... buy on rumor sell on news...and like Warren Buffet said " I got rich by selling to early" Nowadays I live by those words...I am fully into FNMA now(Fannie MAE) much safer for my nerves !!!
