Tom Ward is history. They just have to figure out how to cut him out while shedding the least amount of blood.

If Mr. Ward is not gone by June 30th, TPG-Axon will gain a majority on the board and then he will be gone for sure. The current board can either can Mr. Ward before then, or lose their own power. So it really is a done deal, one way or the other. All that remains is to see how ugly it gets before it's finished.
