I've got FNMAK, FNMAM, and FNMAN, which all would have decent dividends if and when dividends are resumed. Quantum online.com is a good source for finding the prospectuses.

There are plenty of others to choose from.

Try to avoid the preferreds that have a very low variable rate and no floor on the dividend rate.

I still say it is FNMFN.
It is a $50 variable that is the sum of the 10-year CMT rate plus 2.75% (currently 4.47%),
but has a MINIMUM rate of 7% (that is a MINIMUM of $3.50 per year).
