Well our K will be coming out shortly and all the lies posted here will be proven wrong once and for all. That I guarantee. I am not going to be wasting my time any more attempting to offer factual response to posts here because this board and site has a very simple goal which we all clearly understand. I will not return here again and will delete my account after this post. I hope the admins here will allow my final post to stand as I say good bye and best of luck to everyone.

Slic, no disrespect but I do disagree with your assessment of Steve not responding because he has not had a chance. He had several opportunities to answer questions. His avoidance of answering direct questions that I think we as shareholders have every right to ask and be answered was what turned the the emotions into a downward spiral. If he has something fantastic that is coming up I think that is great BUT answer our questions! I am certainly not a xxxxxx and do not partake in hurdling out insults.
What I am, is tired of Steve labeling people as xxxxxxx when all we need are well deserved answers to our questions. When our money is concerned I don't think Steve should have the luxury of saying he won't answer questions just because he feels he's being attacked. That's not a good excuse anymore. This is business and only business and should be treated as such. This won't be the last time he will be in a position to answer tough questions so he should just suck it up and lay out the facts. Good or bad. That's how you gain respect.
During the three month period ended March 31, 2013, notes with a face value of $144,000 was converted into 725,652,448shares of common stock. The debt conversion was recorded at the fair market value of the stock, at an average price of $.0002. The difference in the calculated issue price, per the agreed terms listed above, and the fair market value of the shares resulted in a recognition of $103,916 as income from the conversion, included as a change in derivative. The Company currently reports the amount due, under these convertible notes net of unamortized discounts and financing costs (amortized to interest expense over the term of each note) associated with origination fees and the beneficial conversions resulting from the terms of the installment funding.
