#238 RE: jugs #237

North Dakota... fly-over land, low population. Not much infrastructure. The rapid rise in ND oil caught everyone except Warren Buffet by surprise as it is now second behind Texas in crude production. Much of the current optimism for US energy independency comes from 3 regions which spill over into neighboring states from these:
1. Eagle Ford shale - Texas
2. Bakken shale - North Dakota
3. Marsellus shale - Pennsylvania
There are large reserves in other states like Colorado and California just waiting to be tapped. All the while we make slow improvements to mileage and conversion to Nat Gas vehicles, especially the truck fleet. Sooner the better, imo, it is abundant, local, and clean. Just need the supporting fueling stations. It seems like the North slope of Alaska and ANWR reserve may not get as much pressure or even attention with these other options fast coming on line. I envision crude tanker trucks running on NG, and longer lines of rail tank cars.
NTI: Those 12 million shares should all be in the float by next week and when they announce the completion of the expansion and turnaround we rise again imo; If they surprise the market with another payout north of $1 in May it could go up fast. If there are no problems/surprises or world financial collapse, the valuation will eventually be akin to their piers and that means we go to $40 and higher. GLTA!
