For all intense purposes the only and most recent verifiable information can be found in the most recent SEC filing, not to count out the fact that the company had to turn over a Deed of Trust on their sole property. Outside of that anything else such as news coming, funding being lined up, permits soon and land usage is nothing more than rumors, speculations and guesses with no proof to substantiate any of it.
