I agree. I had never been treated the way I was by SK and DL. DL was a fraud and acted like he was on our side but he really was on the side of their own people. I woke up daily feeling that it was an US vs THEM mentality. I think that had Jim had more approachable leaders in the company it would have been a better situation for Dms, SMs and associates. I did learn quickly how to treat people and it was not the way that SK told me to ask. Needless to say, I did not last long before she laid me off. Glad to be done with CPI just not glad to be done with the studios.
