Well, an honest company would have said, " on April 2, shareholders will get a 4 for 1 stock dividend, however, if you hold to the ex-dividend date you will be locked up for a few weeks until the new shares are distributed. Its our little way of saying thanks for being chumps."
I can pretty much guess that there is some bad news coming, or downright swindle. Know that I will get out the minute I can and you can have my shares.
