Resumption of dividends-
under this Scenario- my 8% ckj could be redeemed in 5 year anniversaries from 2012(?) with another issue at whatever the current interest and risk environment called for. Unfortunately i think this would be a taxable event even your took up the new issue in the same value, of course I would need to ask a tax or finance guy.
