That was before a 1 Billion (and ever growing) float existed. Once they announce the probable dissolution of the Mangos LOI, they'll probably play the bogus LOI game one more time, swell the float to 2 Billion, then reverse it back down to nothing...and start again.
Nothing like a management team filled with integrity, looking out for its shareholders.
