NOT. My goodness I can't believe you guys are still here complaining and whining about Tivus. Shivus will never be sued or touch by anyone of you broke traders. That's why entity are created to protect themselves from you. The business will collapse but not the owner. He's already building another business and the SEC couldn't do dam thing about it. Its the entity that's protecting him. None of his personal accounts or assets will be taken just his business. I highly recommend you all to read 'Who took my cheese' and 'Rich dad poor dad'.
