Being that KATX is pink I suppose you can pass shares around like that. I don't think it can be done outside of the Pinks. It all must be properly documented for the Auditors. Actually it's PAYOLA !!!! GOOD companies don't have to resort to that. And of course remember that Ken Stead made a concerted effort to get into my private life in the beginning here to shut me down. GOOD companies are never concerned with bashers or negativity. Because they are CLEAN, honest and hard-working !!!!!!!

Let’s try this once more. Send me the account information you want the shares sent to. We are very close to completing the BVIG distribution transaction. Not sure when this will all get completed due to SEC and holidays but these will now be 300K BVIG shares and should be electronically deposited first of many. Will let you know the next move on this. Don’t hold me to it, but things being put in place may be very good for KATX also if what’s developing takes place. PR’s when ready.

While shares were sold into the Market

The 84% decline in BVIG shares before shares got to shaholders
And all the Ekom PRs before the The S1 was even completed
Lets Just say its Proof positive Kennay was trying
to Look out for Himself and Insiders, Not shareholders..
