Tor, You missed my whole point. Torvec says that this information was based on what the Directors and 10% shareholders reported to THEM (Torvec). It doesn't mean that CXO didn't do the required filings, just that Torvec has no knowledge of them. As usual your hatred of CXO is clouding your reading comprehension. If you really think that the CXO guys who have been working for public companies for years, would knowingly break SEC rules your not as smart as I thought you were.
