Over the past 20 years since February 1993 the production averages for the Brown Unit lease and the Mitchel leases...
Brown Unit with 15 wells over the last 20 years had a average of 4.43 BOPD. So that works out to .295 BOPD per well...**
The Mitchel with 2 wells is 3.41 BOPD for 1.705 BOPD per well...**
So 20 BOPD per well on the Brown and 50 BOPD per well on the Mitchell seem pretty optimistic...I haven't looked at it real close yet, but I don't think there is room for 9 more wells on the Brown. There are spacing rules that Treaty needs to follow. And then their is still the matter of the TNR 91.114 Flag. Treaty still cannot get permits to drill on their leases.
**BOPD are based on actual historical averages on the actual leases. Actual production may be different than the historical averages.
