The company is not "debt free". The company is not "profitable". Please check the company's filings for the correct financial position the company is in.

Agree. We've hovered in the upper 003's to 004 range long enough for people to have bought some cheap shares. Their time may have passed.........

This company has a legacy of reverse splits (four prior), continual dilution, missed deadlines, promises of the CE mark as round the corner since 2010, and four wipeouts of their lucky "longs" during post split dilution.

When a pop gets spun, they simply dilute it down to pay the bills brother!
