Powerpole..Thanks for that clarification, I was told Pink sheet stocks do not make the SHO list because they are not reporting companies but it looks like I was told wrong...You are correct about the Naked Shorting..I would think PBLS would be on SHO list if naked shorted..The explanation stated on the this board that company made a deal with MM's for buyback is why PPS has stayed within a certain range.
