Your question: "Why would Business Owners sell their Company to PBLS for stock?" can be answered quite simply...

Because they know that the stock they received in payment for their Company will be worth a LOT more in the future...

In order to convince these Business Owners to sell, it's quite possible that they are privy to much more information than the average retail stockholder is given...

Most of the Acquisitions PBLS has done recently are paid for with Cash, Restricted Shares, and Preferred Shares, so yes they have a different 'class' of stock than retail Investors...

Restricted shares usually have a period of 'Restriction', where they cannot be sold on the Open Market for a period of years...5 years is a normal time frame before the Restriction is lifted...

The question is: Would you sell your Company to PBLS for stock as payment if you weren't absolutely sure that the stock would be more valuable in the future?...
