My guess is that this is the 47million shares they gave to finance CanChew. They have already indicated those shares would be used for that purpose so it would be no surprise. I'd be more concerned if it was just dilution with no indication of what the money is being used for.
If this is the case, It would be nice if they did it in a more disbursed way so that there is still upward movement allowed to occur.
