LongV, once again you are mixing your stories of old past posts..if you recall Megola announced they bought recipe...the lawsuit was for the anti-fire trademark and apparently NewStar and Megola settled and Newstar did reimburse Megola for the trademark fees...you see Megola actually showed proof that they did TM the anti-fire ...
now can we find anywhere that Eco has filed for all their TM claims?? I cant find it anywhere...yet they claim they have a half dozen. Eco also makes it seem like company owns something like the patent recipe...the other company filed with sec documents to show they bought recipe and company owned it...not any individuals...so please don't cross the stores just look up filings and you can see facts.
furthermore, my holding in preferred in other company which many converted common to preferred back in 09 are not subject to any R/S and I do not hold enough to have to report any ownership rules with SEC..so yes the pps has a long way to go but at least there is a chance to recoup (guess you can say I am a 'LONG" in that stock)...for those in Eco is merely been a slow death and every "long" has had to dig out more cash from their wallets to average down and down and down...not all have deep pockets so can assume many got burned...
btw if you look at their filing I don't see where that CEO took $315,000 yearly salary and sold stock etc as our beloved Conboy has reaped and pillaged Eco.
