Right, there is no way that a PR announcing $50,000,000.00 went un-noticed...there are people out there just waiting on a bit more clarification as to how and when the money will be distributed....
Once the company gets a bit more clarification and some advise from its attorneys on how to dispersed the information and stay within any guidelines set up with the funding entity we will see news begin to flow. Now where for this to go but upwards towards the Blue Skyies.
