I don't know that a buyout will happen, maybe? But BK is less likely, IMO.

I do not see why they would repay notes if the lenders took a risk that AFFY would not succeed, IMO.

If AFFY is contemplating BK, I do not think they can use their cash at hand to make repayments at this point.
