Just look at the SEC filings and the financial statements and it is very clear this is a Company in dire financial condition. And even with all the talk about hedge funds and strategic alliances, the financial situation has gotten steadily worse.

I would imagine the holder wanted out before the ugly 10-Q was released because it is highly unlikely to provide any positive information.
