Ron hodge the person making the quote....and he said they are on track for greatness unless an unforeseen event takes them off track i dont know. say war with korea and we release all inmates to fight over their then no one would be using the kiosk.....hence an unforeseen event. My unforeseen event was exaggerated but hope u understand now.
