They may not last that long. Did you notice the new State of Florida lien for unpaid unemployment taxes from 2012? Google Florida law and what happens to businesses that fail to pay those taxes.

Let's see. IMDS owes MILLIONS to toxic lenders, MILLIONS to the IRS, MILLIONS to vendors, now liens from the State of Florida on top of this?
